You’ve probably seen a ton of Aloft photos both our commercial photography and used as a backdrop for portraits, but Mendell was recently sent to Illinois to photograph a brand new Aloft in Bolingbrook (outside of Chicago)! Both Aloft Chespeake and Aloft Bolingbrook are owned by the Chesapeake, VA based hospitality company, LTD Management.   Here are a few of my faves and the rest are in the slideshow below the pics:

I am super jealous about this, because Chesapeake Aloft doesn’t have suites like Bolingbrook:

If you are ever in Bolingbrook or (more likely) Chesapeake, definitely stop into Aloft.  They are totally cool with people just hanging out in their lounge; in fact, they encourage it.  I will sometimes bring my laptop over there during the day just to have a quiet, spacious and comfy place to work at.   And if  you get hungry or thirsty, they have food and drinks available, both alcoholic and non.
